Our consultants delivered data-driven solutions in broad areas of marketing, including branding, reputation building, advertisement, engagement campaign, customer services, solicitation channels, marketing performance analysis and prediction, branch efficiency analysis, branch management, and after sale actions. Part of the work is summarized in the paper ‘A method of evaluating impact of business actions and its implementation’.

Our consultants investigated credit bureau data and suggested a list of attributes that can be used to enhance the performance of marketing analysis.

Our consultants utilized the machine learning methods, “Gradient Boosted Regression Tree” to build marketing response models for the marketing department.
