Fraud Reporting Scorecard using 10-K filing
DigitCompass started building a fraud reporting scorecard to evaluate the chance that a business filing 10-K involves violation of financial regulation. The fraud reporting scorecard will be vaulable for regulators to initialize a watchlist in detecting misconducts of financial reporting.
